There is a vacancy for a designer/estimator based at our Stevenage office.

 

The right candidate will have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word. Use of a CAD package would be useful although training will be given.

 

The designer/estimator will be responsible for checking primarily, fire alarm designs submitted to the office, designing complete fire alarm systems, costing the systems and submitted a proposal to the client.

 

Visits to site may be required so the candidate will be required to pass a CSCS exam in order to obtain a visitor card.

 

Training will be given on all aspects of fire alarm design and the fire alarm products that FireMaster provide. Additional training will be given for the design of other systems including access control, intruder alarms and other safety systems.
